Dana Michelle Bergstrom

Dana Bergstrom is an eminent, awarded winning Australian ecologist and international science leader. Her specialty is applied Antarctic and Australian ecology, and the impact of climate change. Her research informs the book. Her arts practice has been in sculpture, art doll-making and writing for music theatre (Books ANTARCTICA, A PRETTY SONG FOR YOU) and was the assistant puppet maker on the 2016 production of ANTARCTICA.

She is co-director of Sundog Productions, Australia and president and founder of the Pure Antarctic Foundation, a joint arts/science not for profit entity (pureantarctic.com) and a visting Professor/ Senior Scholar at the University of Wollongong, and University of Johannesburg.
